Most mattresses, and all the name brand ones, are upholstered with memory foam. This is what loses it's shape so easily and quickly.
This problem can be worked around by starting with a firmer model and adding a soft Latex mattress topper to it.
The latex is all natural and extremely comfortable and resilient. Latex is and has been thee very best upholstery material for the past 100 years.
Using a latex topper will insulate you from the memory foam in the mattress. The result is a mattress that doesn't lose its shape...because the latex is absorbing most of your body weight.
The feel it produces is zero gravity....very comfy. We use them at home.
Now, the criteria needed to get your mattress exchanged, is a sustained impression of 1.5" or more. If your sag measures that much, you can get yourself a new mattress for only the price of delivery...
...and then you only have to buy the latex topper and not a new mattress....saving you quite a lot of money.
If that sounds good to you, call the store where you bought that mattress and register a warranty claim.
