I wanted to buy the Simmons Beautyrest Whitten Black from Macy's, but I went to different store and they told me that they had one just like it, only better.
I've been through 3 of these mattresses and they are all hard and uncomfortable compared to how they felt in the store.
They told me we had to break it in and it's been about a 120 days and I am in more pain then ever during the night.

The problem with soft mattresses, is that they lose their shape very fast...within months of purchase....a total waste of money.
A freshly made mattress will be tighter and firmer than the floor sample, which is already broken in.
