Serta I-series Vantage mattress sinks and sleeps hot.

We bought a Serta I-series Vantage, now I have found your review about it being bad.
I have back issues and prefer firm or extra firm. My husband prefers softer. We have even thought about getting an extra firm and putting a twin size topper on just his side of the bed.
The Vantage is a heat sink, I wake up in a sweat at 5 every morning. It is awful.
Do you know if the Beautyrest Black Alexia is hot? Or the Beautyrest Willow Springs?
We are stuck with the store where we got the Vantage, so those seem to be our best options.

All of the name brands use plenty of memory foam...the thing that makes you hot.
Firm, with a soft top? I have a latex/coil hybrid from an old mid-west family owned and operated company.
The coil system is very firm. The latex on top is extremely comfortable.
Latex is far more resilient than memory foam...and, it sleeps cool.
The Adrian model is the one with the firm support.
With this, you wouldn't need a latex topper.
