How old is this hotel mattress?

Hi Cyndi,

The white "law" label that is sewn into the edge of the mattress, gives the date of manufacture.

Model names change every year or two and model names vary from store to store.

Hi Cyndi,
If it hasn't been removed, the law label is sewn into one of the edges at the head of the mattress.

It could be the back or bottom seam, which can make it harder to find.

If that label has been removed, then it will be extremely difficult to ascertain the age.

The boxspring should have a similar label.

Cyndi, if I had to guess at it, based on the photo you sent,  I'd say it was 25 years old.

We bought a condo there and will buy a new mattress soon !!! I hope.
