Pillowtops tend to wear out quickly, and I sincerely doubt that whatever latex they use is at the surface...where is does the most good.
Email me a list of the specifications of that Corsicana mattress and I will be happy to review it for you and offer my opinion.
The specifications are a look inside the mattress, and the only way to know what you're buying...and if it's any good.
Many brands use a little latex and then point to that as a selling feature. But unless the amount of latex is substantial and at the surface, it becomes no more than a marketing ploy.
