A mattress for 2 very large people.

I'm afraid that you're headed toward a huge mistake.
Memory foam, with or without gel, is the worst material ever invented for use in a mattress.
Nothing made by the name brands are designed to last an average weight consumer for more than a few years. You will get a fraction that.
