Hi Eileen,
It does make a difference.
We have some very well made mattresses that are reasonably priced, with free delivery anywhere along the East Coast, specifically, along Rte. I-95 from Boston to Miami.
The mattresses are made by Therapedic, and the one I like best for a girl her age is the Oxford in Plush.
These mattresses have no memory foam, which is toxic, and what causes mattresses to fail so quickly.
