Back Pain on a Sagging Tempurpedic Celebrity Memory Foam Mattress

We've had a Celebrity Tempurpedic for 8 years. We liked it for a few years but now it sags and is causing us back pain. I don't want any memory foam or polyurethane foam this time.I don't want any chemicals or synthetics. I was wondering about a 100 percent organic latex. What is your opinion on that?
