Tempurpedic Mattress: An Epic Fail. Simmons Beautyrest Black Alexia for large people.

Hi Pete,
My name is Joe and my wife and I are in need of a new bed. We were suckered into buying a Tempurpedic, after laying on several models in the store, which I know now was an epic fail. 
It started out great, and of course in the few years since we have had it, it now has two sinkholes on either side offering no more support. 
My back is now killing me upon waking up. I weigh around 285 and am 6' tall. My wife is 5' 9" and around 270, she is also pregnant now due in June of this year. Her back seems fine but she does notice the lack of support and the firm hump running down the middle of the bed that feels like the bed used to feel. 
Should we go with the Simmons black Alexia? We have already purchased the latex topper you recommended and tried flipping the Tempurpedic bed over with the topper on it, 
but it was still no good. Your help would be greatly appreciated.

It seems you already know what to do.
The Simmons Black Alexia, along with the latex topper you already own, will be strong enough to hold the two of you, and yet, contour enough to properly cradle a pregnant female.
