Fibromyalgia, Memory Foam Mattress, Latex Foam Topper.

Brian writes;

Hello, I was browsing your site, and decided to email you looking for a recommendation from you on a mattress, a topper, both, whatever.
Me: 6'1", 270 pounds, age 50 - shoulder problems only when laying down (!) that are starting to interrupt my sleep.
Wife: 5'7", 130 pounds, age 50 - has been diagnosed with fibromyalgia and generally has trouble sleeping/waking up at night.
We made the obvious mistake of getting a memory foam mattress from Bed In A Box a few years ago because we liked our daughter's memory foam mattress (different manufacturer) and were trying to save a few bucks over the "name" brand; it's a king size mattress.
Any recommendation appreciated.
Thank you, Brian

Hi Brian,
Your bed must consist of varying layers of foams.
At least one of them should be a high density poly foam.
Rearrange what you have so that the memory foam is on the bottom and the firm poly foam is on the top.
Add to that, a 2" soft Talalay latex foam mattress topper.
Latex is far more resilient and more comfortable than memory foam.
Here is the link to the latex foam mattress toppers.

This will save you from having to buy another mattress for a while.
You will use this topper on your next mattress also.

Thanks, Pete
