All latex is a wonderful thing...more expensive than most can afford.
I would suggest the "Nutrition" model to start. It should be fine for both of you. the surface can be made softer if needed by adding a soft latex topper.
I worry that the "Beautiful" model will be too soft for a large man.
The "Nutrition" should be soft enough for hip and shoulder pressure point relief.
