Normally, for your daughter's use, we would recommend a Simmons Beautyrest Classic mattress...the Flatbrook in luxury firm, shown here:

Out of the best over-all choices, the Beautyrest, having individually pocketed coils that move independently, provides the greatest degree of comfort...maintaining the natural alignment of her spine and giving better at critical areas, like at the hip...(Important for a female, especially if she's a side sleeper.
The part that concerns me, is the yearly moving tied to the top of a car.
We also carry some very well made mattresses from Therapedic. These have interlocking coil units, which by their nature, are not as comfortable due to the fact that the coils do not contour.
They are stronger mattresses and will easily survive the rigors of moving frequently. The Brighton Plush model is also one that we recommend, which is comfortable due to the softer padding at the surface. It's also less expensive than the Beautyrest. I can't help but feel that the Brighton plush will be your best over-all long term choice....Shown here:
