Fixing a bad Kingsdown mattress with a Latex Foam Topper.

The 700 series kingsdown  its the worse mattress we have ever owned. We both have back injures an this bed makes it worse. What if anything can we do about this purchase.

Hi Tressa,
If you're asking how to go about salvaging what you bought, the best way is to flip it over and get a latex topper for it.
First, flip it over and dress the mattress. Sleep on it that way tonight.
Tomorrow, let me know as to the degree of comfort you need to sleep comfortably....(a little softer or a lot softer, etc.).
I'll also need to know your heights, weights and any physical ailments that need to be addressed.
This "trick" has extended the life of many bad mattresses. The average is 5 more years.
However, there are factors, like heavy body weight, that will shorten that.
Rotating a mattress like that one will make it more comfortable, but only of a short time.
Flipping it over and adding a latex topper will provide better support and comfort on a much longer term basis.
Considering what you describe as comfortable, the 2" Dunlop latex foam topper should be all you'll need.
