Mattress Warranty Claim.

In February, we purchased a Simmons Jalisco Firm Queen size mattress.   It is not firm, as we thought in the showroom.  We feel like it sags in the center in just a short time.  We have not even been home all of the time…I sent the Warranty Card to Simmons & an email to Simmons
That we were not happy with this mattress in May.  They just told us to deal with the place where we bought it.
The store policy is not to refund anything.
I wonder what you might suggest that we do?
Also,  what do you think about Sleep, Inc. mattresses?

Hi Peggy,
First off, a refund won't happen, no matter who you turn to.
Secondly, there is a procedure to follow.
Your fist call is to the store where you bought it. It's their job to handle the complaint for you and it's for them to deal with the factory.
Only if your retailer is out of business, or if they are unwilling to service you do you call the factory directly.
I've not heard of that retailer from any of their customers, until now.
No news is good news, meaning that they are likely to take care of you properly.
Frankly, you don't have a choice. You must follow the warranty procedure in order to exercise a warranty claim.
