I just found your web site and the info is invaluable. My sister has a mattress that she would love to replace with something similar. She purchased it in 1995, it was a Sealy Queen Inverness PC# 0703 and there’s a bunch of other numbers of the ticket. 0939-0100 and 0939-6913 PG1555CR and 601B59. Don’t know if this means anything to you or not. My sister is about 5’8” and weighs about 200 pounds. The mattress tag also said rubberized felt and wire spring unit on it. Do you know what the replacement Sealy Mattress would be for this Posturepedic Inverness? Thanks and I await your email.Joyce
Hi Joyce,Your sister's mattress is a two-sided, flippable mattress. Sealy's mattresses today are one-sided. Much has changed inside and the over-all quality is not what it was from that that time.I'm sending you a link to a mattress that is very much like what you sister has...a two-sided mattress using the same coil system as that used in her old Posturepedic...high quality and plenty comfy too. Made by Therapedic, it's the Cameo Plush. My daughter has had this mattress for the past five years. It's still in like new condition...and she's a large woman.
