The Palatial Crest is an old, two-sided flippable model, as you know, and the Posturepedics aren't made like that anymore. 
However, you can get a plush mattress that is both, two-sided and using the old posturepedic coil system, that is of similarly quality. 
It's made by Therapedic and the model is the Keepsake Cameo Plush, shown here:
