Stearns & Foster Blisswood Mattress.

My husband and I had purchased a Stearns and Foster Blisswood king mattress for our second home. We LOVE it. 
My husband has had surgery to repair a burst L4 and L5, so keeping him pain free while sleeping is imperative. 
We love the firmness of the Blisswood and we are getting ready to  replace the king mattress in our primary residence, but we're told the Blisswood is no longer available. 
We were also told the mattress that takes the place of the Blisswood is not as firm. What is the best option to stay as close to the Blisswood as possible? Lisa


Hi Lisa, 
There have been a couple of line changes for S&F since you bought your Blisswood. The first change had little to no differences, except for model names. The Heidi model replaced your Blisswood and is the same in every way. For an extremely short time remaining, I can order that mattress for you...but there is no time to waste. The latest line change adds a lot of memory foam to every S&F model. The Blisswood and Heidi has no memory foam...which is why you still love it all these years later. The new models are poorly engineered and are bound to fail quickly...as that is the nature of memory foam. Call me right away to order the Heidi. There is very little time left.
