I was thinking of purchasing the Nature's Rest Relaxation - the pillow top. When I called a retailer that sells the line, they informed me that they are discontinuing it in favor of a new, better latex line called Aviaro. Do you know anything about Aviaro and do you think it's worth waiting over the NR mattress? Or any other latex pillow top suggestions? Thanks for the advice.

Hi Murray,
Nature's Rest has had so many problems over the years, that it's hard to find a dealer for them anymore. I have never heard of Aviaro and nothing about them shows up on a google search.
Pillowtops are a poor value, regardless of the mattress that is under them. The create body impressions easily and get lumpy because the upper material isn't tightly attached to the body of the mattress. With a latex mattress, it simply isn't necessary. Latex is extremely comfortable and doesn't need a pillowtop. It would be used as window dressing...the optical attraction that helps make the sale...with no other purpose.
Murray, I would suggest that you not fool around with inferior products. For more than 60 years, the very best has been made by pure-LatexBLISS. Their softest model is called "World's Best Bed", however, the "Beautiful" model is as soft as anyone could possibly want.
