Simmons Beautyrest Classic Shakespeare Mattress

The "Shakespeare Collection" is nothing more than a Classic Beautyrest marketed for one of those large chain stores so they can make some extra money..."Shakespeare" being an exclusive label for them. 
Each Beautyrest comes in a choice of comfort...the most popular being the plush and luxury firm. Between the two, the padding is the same. What changes is the gauge of wire for the coils. The plush models use a 15.5 gauge and the plush/firm uses a 13.75 gauge. The thinner wire in the plush, produces a greater depth of softness, which may feel more comfortable initially, but will wear out faster...much faster. When buying a Simmons Beautyrest, it's imperative to opt for the luxury firm as the softest you should consider....for a longer lasting mattress and much greater value.
Here is a link to the model used as the Classic Flatbrook...same as the Shakespeare. Model names for the same mattress vary from store to store.
