Pillowtop mattresses vs. Soft Talalay Latex Topper

I bought a Kluft mattress and am returning it. Can I use the box spring from this set with any coil mattress versus getting new box springs?
What is the best Pillowtop mattress manufacturer. We had tried the Sealy MGM Grand Presidential two-sided Pillowtop and thought it was great.

Yes, you can use those boxsprings. And, there are no "good" pillowtops....as evidenced here:


The best way to get the surface comfort you want is with a latex topper. Latex is far more resilient than the foams used in pillowtops. Not only is it a whole lot longer lasting, 2" of soft Talalay Latex is also more comfortable.
