It seems they are reputable and has a good return policy, a King would run about $2400 with the foundation. I think the Pure Bliss is out of our price range. What might the differences be between a 100% latex and the S&F set up with latex topper?

At your weights, the longevity issue shouldn't be as bad as it is for many of us.
The Simmons Beautyrest World Class Annapolis Place in luxury firm with a 2" soft Talalay latex topper lasts a good long time under average or above average weights. There's no reason why you wouldn't get more than 10 years out of that combination.
