Simmons Beautyrest for Sciatica. A latex mattress topper for hip pain

My Wife has Scoliosis and hip pain. We have terrible luck selecting mattresses. Our first mattress together was a 2006 memory foam type which sagged after a year. We bounced from mattress to mattress without much luck. My Wife's Aunt recommends a Simmons Beautyrest. We would like a long lasting, durable, comfortable mattress. I was thinking of the Annapolis Place luxury firm with new box springs. Would this be a recommended solution?

For her scoliosis, yes. However here sciatica and hip pain together, present a problem that requires more. Add to that mattress, a 2" soft Talalay latex topper, and she'll have everything she needs...enough cushioning for her hip and proper spinal alignment for her sciatica.
