I am in desperate need of a new mattress. I am a heavy person (345) and have sciatica. I have looked at the Optimum Destiny and the S/P Firm mattresses.
Do you have any recommendations for me?

Hi Bill,
Those mattresses won't hold you for any length of time. At average weight, they will only last a few years. We have a two sided mattress that was specifically designed to hold heavy people.
