The Simmons Beautyrest Lumberton Luxury Firm have a foam edge support, as do all of the Beautyrest models. Most mattresses today have the foam edge, as it is considered superior edge support. It's one of the best buys for a child. It has 800 individually pocketed coils, which provide contouring support, designed to maintain the natural alignment of the spine. There's no other innerspring mattress that is better for a growing body that is continually changing.
