Pure LatexBLISS vs. EverEden Latex Mattresses

Hi,
I was originally in the market for a memory foam mattress.  After spending some time on your website, I no longer want one!  You're right, memory foams feel great in the store, but I'm not so sure how well they will hold up.  You seem to highly recommend latex mattresses.
What is your opinion of the Pure LatexBLISS latex mattresses?
I'm looking for a soft, yet firm mattress. I need only the mattress, no boxspring. We have a platform bed. 
I sleep with a partner (we are both on the heavier side) and would like limited sleep disruption.  
I would also like a durable mattress that would be less likely to sag and change shape over time. 
Any advice would be appreciated!

Hi Eve,
Pure LatexBLISS is considered the best on the market, producing an all Talalay Latex mattress. The Talalay process has an extra, (freezing), step to the older Dunlop process, which suspends the particles...making it more supply, more comfortable. For average to above average weight people, the pure LatexBliss models are perfect. The most popular is the "Nature" model, which provides a nice balance of firm support with a comfortable sleeping surface.
The "Nutrition" model has a slightly softer surface feel. The "Beautiful" model has as luxurious a feel as anyone could want. The "World's Best Bed" model strikes me as being too soft. However, a slender person will fair well on it.

We also carry the EverEden line of latex mattress. The core is made of Dunlop latex. Dunlop is made without the freezing step, as used in the Talalay process. In the Dunlop process, the particles settle more and the end result is a more dense material. It's less comfortable, but better support for very heavy people. They offer an 8" model, (6" Dunlop core, 2" soft Talalay Top), and a 9" model, (6" Dunlop core, 3" soft Talalay Top). I believe these will suit you best over the long term. They are, as you describe.
