I am very interested in what is developing about the most & best mattress world. Particularly this new one called, OCTASPRING" I AM IN THE SPACE TO BUY A NEW MATTRESS. However, at the various retail stores I have visited, every selection in there is, "the best". That can not be true. And laying on one for three minutes doesn't tell you much. They almost all feel good for such a short time. The two I have focused on are: Temperpedic & Select Comfort.
What can you tell me about this new one? Is it truly the "state of the art" in construction? Has it been out long enough to tell about its comfort? Who sells them in the USA? Like who is a distributor so I can see it?

As with many, you've gotten yourself caught up in the hype. After all your shopping, the two you're focused on are the worst choices you can make. You got there from all the BS you've been fed. 
These beds are the high profit lines. Everyone makes out, except the person buying.
What we promote is the real thing...the absolute best since the 1920s...no hype, just truly high quality. Latex mattresses have long proven themselves as the best in terms of support, comfort and longevity. They are expensive, but because they are expensively made...and not to cover the extreme advertising costs.
