Thank you, so much, for your timely response.
In looking over the PlushBeds mattresses, I see they have a Signature Bliss Pillowtop model. I’m curious as to why you didn’t recommend that mattress over the Luxury Bliss/Topper combination.
Wouldn’t both choices do the same job?

Yes. Both choices will do the same job.
However, the Luxury Bliss and Latex Topper combination will give you more years, which lends itself better to the long term value you asked for.
The pillowtop of the Signature Bliss is attached to the mattress.
And even though the upholstery is latex, which is extremely long lasting, it will begin to show wear eventually. At the point where the mattress becomes uncomfortable…quite a few years from now, you’ll need to replace the mattress.
If you go with the Luxury Bliss and Latex Topper combination, all you’ll need to replace is the topper when all of the above eventually happens.
The latex topper absorbs much to all of your body weight.
It seems a pity to replace a perfectly good mattress because the pillowtop part has worn, when that can be avoided.
Again, this recommendation is geared to extending the number of years before the mattress needs replacing…giving you outstanding value.
Instead of buying a new mattress every couple of years, it’ll be a couple of decades.
