My Wife and I Hate Our Simmons Beautyrest Pillowtop Mattress.

Do you carry the same mattress, just under a different name? 

Also, could you give me some insight into buying an appropriate mattress for my wife and myself? 

I have lower back pain a lot, and this mattress only makes it worse.

Also the bed is very hot, which I dont like.

We stopped selling Simmons 10 years ago, after they were sold to an investment group. That same investment group also purchased Serta. 

They are now one company. Neither are the quality they once were.


Model names vary from store to store.

Each dealer will have something similar, if not exactly the same mattress as the next. A moot point here, since you don't want that same mattress again. 

What you also need to avoid, is mattresses topped with the memory foam that’s used in your mattress, which is why you’re sleeping hot and partly why you’re not getting the support for your back. 

The other reason is that a ‘plush’ Beautyrest uses a thinner gauge wire for the coils.
