Further research shows all latex mattresses as being pretty expensive, which I can’t afford. Google also mentioned latex hybrid mattresses, mattresses with coils and latex upholstery.

Google didn’t have anything good to say about memory foam and after doing more research, I found your blog, which also has nothing good to say about memory foam. So, latex it is.

Hi Lou,
Latex is far superior to memory foam, but it’s not much better if it’s made in China.
Chinese made latex includes clay as a filler. It’s sold as natural, but it isn’t pure.
It’s cheap, but wears quickly, which negates any perceived value.
