Simmons Beautyrest Mattress Warranty Not Being Honored.

I just learned my Simmons Beautyrest 10 year warranty is not being honored for Mattress "bunching" (2nd time it's happened) because the vendor that sold it to me, sold the mattress "As Is" or "Promotional" or "Used" and therefore NOT NEW. Imagine my shock especially as the vendor who I've purchased mattresses from for 20 years went out of business. Beautyrest says the Hybrid Harmony Medium Plush cannot be replaced. 

Other than the bunching on one side, it was a good mattress. Previously I had the Aimee Plush all innerspring but was "talked into" the Harmony Hybrid by Steve. Any suggestions?

Hi JoAnn,

Since the mattress is still good, with the exception of the bunching, adding a 2” latex topper will provide you a smooth sleeping surface and will extend the life of the mattress.

It’s a reasonably inexpensive way to get around your problem.
