What’s the Best, Longest Lasting Mattress?

Hi Pete,

What’s the best, longest lasting mattress?
We’ve been through 5 mattresses in as many years.
We assumed that these were quality mattresses, as we’ve had these brands in the past. We are especially disappointed in the experience S&F mattress that we now have.

I wish I had found your blog before making all these mistakes. At this point, I just want to buy something that will last a long time… 10 to 20 years.

I read on your blog that you and your wife have had a Natura of Canada Greenspring Ultra Plush Mattress for more than 11 years and that it’s still in good condition.
I’ve never heard of that brand, but since these name brand mattresses aren’t any good, I’m willing to try something else.

My question is, which one?
I see that there are 5 models in that line, including a 2 sided model.
My wife and I are a little overweight, but not drastically so.
I suffer with some back pain and my wife has some discomfort in her hip. Both conditions were made worse by all 5 of our previous purchases.

Hi Frank,
All of the name brand mattress companies have been sold. The long lasting quality that they once had has been traded for higher profit margins.
We had sold all of them, prior to them being sold.
It became something of a challenge to find mattresses that we could offer to our customers that provide the same quality and value that the name brands once offered.

Of all of the mattresses on our website, the Natura of Canada Greenspring have the highest specifications and are the longest lasting.

All 5 provide excellent support for relieving chronic back pain. Of the 5, the 2 sided Plush and the one sided ultra plush are the most comfortable, which are the two I would recommend to address your wife’s hip discomfort.

These are heavy mattresses, so I would recommend staying with the ultra plush if you aren’t physically able to flip the 2 sided model.

These mattresses come with white glove delivery.
Delivery includes setup in your bedroom and removal of all packaging materials.
You’ll need to allow approx. 6 weeks for delivery.
