I was about to pull the trigger on buying one until I came across your reviews about Simmons Beautyrest, in general.

We wake up in pain pretty much every day due to our current bed which is only 3 years old and was not cheap.
I'm about 275lbs and she is about 150lbs

Hi Chad,
It’s a good thing that you held off.
Even under average body weight, today’s Beautyrests don’t last long.
The quality isn’t what it once was, after Simmons was purchased by an investment firm, back in 2016.
What you liked about it, is the individually pocketed coil support system.
These coils provide contouring support that maintains the natural alignment of the body and spine.
Unfortunately, after the memory foam wears… and it wears quickly… the benefit of the coil system is then lost.
Prior to being sold, Simmons used polyurethane and/or latex.
Mattresses made with polyurethane are near impossible to find today.
Latex, on the other hand, is plentiful if you know where to look.
Latex was the first of the foams and has been the best for more than 100 years.
Complicating matters is your size, with a mattress being a pressure sensitive product, like a sofa or upholstered chair.
We carry a line of mattresses that hold up well under a large person.
My wife and I are both large. We’re both over 200 lbs.
I was your weight when we bought our mattress, more than 11 years ago.
It’s still in excellent condition, after all this time.
