Tempurpedic Mattress Back Pain Solution

You really should be sleeping on an innerspring mattress that’s upholstered with latex and not memory foam.
But since you can’t afford to do that, the latex topper will help if you first flip your mattress over.
The problematic memory foam is only on the top.
