A Latex Mattress Topper vs. a Pillowtop for Comfort and Durability.

I've spent a few weeks looking at mattresses and some local stores and was really pleased with how comfortable the pillowtop models were for my side and back when testing them.

The sales person told me I needed a plush mattress with a pillowtop for the best support if sleeping on my side or back.

I was convinced a pillowtop would be the best choice until I read a few posts.

I see a lot of recommendations for just a plush or a medium firm mattress and adding a latex topper for durability, since the pillowtop will lose its feel quickly.

The question is, “2” or 3”?”.

2” is comfortable, but 3” is more luxurious.

We use a 3” Soft Latex Topper at home. It’s really quite comfy.
