Queen Size Mattresses and Latex Toppers for My 2 Teens.

We’re buying Queen size Mattresses for my 2 teens. Both <125 lbs. 
Any recommendations on inexpensive firm mattresses for them?
I’ll be buy 3” soft latex toppers for each, so I feel like they can sleep on boards, pretty much. 
The cheaper the better, but ideally, I wouldn’t be buying actual junk of course.
