I spoke with you, a year or so ago, and am now ready to purchase a king size latex mattress topper.  

We have a newer mattress, firm and no pillow top. 

My husband is a side sleeper and has some neck issues, (also ordering the side sleeper pillow for him).

Both, the 2" and 3", will help.

But there's no question that the 3" provides a greater degree of surface comfort.
