Sinking into a Simmons Beautyrest Mattress, causing Back Pain.

 Hi Pete,

I'm having back pain on a Simmons Beautyrest Mattress that I sink into.
I'm looking for a new mattress that will relieve my back pain and not sleep hot, like this one does.
I also have chronic neck pain.
What would you recommend to address all of my issues?
