I am visiting family and sleeping on a pure Latex BLISS ‘The Ultimate Collection’ all latex mattress that is more than a decade old and feels brand new.  I am in dire need of a new mattress to replace a “luxury” brand that has broken down after 8 years. 
After coming across your site and reading that this particular mattress is no longer made 2/2 supply line failures, I would love your opinion on a viable alternative. I have had L3-S1 replaced w/titanium and cages, a new knee, progressively worsening joint pain 2/2 inflammatory arthritis and a little more body mass than is ideal.I need a supportive yet comfortable mattress and one that isn’t a chore to get out of!  I am a side/back sleeper.Which mattress would you suggest?  I live in Central Texas and would need delivery/setup assistance as I currently have a fractured wrist.Thank you for your generous time and kind assistance,

I have a couple of excellent options for you.
Both are all latex mattresses.
The Natura of Canada brand gets their Talalay Latex from Talalay Global, which is the company that owns PureBliss.
This is a blended latex, 30% natural/70% synthetic.
