Replacement for an 11-year old Simmons Beautyrest ComforPedic mattress.

I have an 11-year old Simmons Beautyrest ComforPedic queen mattress which is needing replacement.
I have an adjustable bed base, so the new mattress needs to be compatible with it.
I like medium to medium firm with a pillow top; I don't like very firm or very plush.
The mattress I have now is the most comfortable I've ever had. 
Despite it having 25% memory foam, it has not had memory indentations.
It has not trapped heat (because of the gel layer), and it has not had noticeable outgassing.
You mention Wolf, but I don't see any mattresses from them without memory foam. 
I like memory foam at the top, but polyurethane / latex foam at the base.

Your mattress was purchased before Simmons was sold…when they cared about quality. 
The new owners also bought Serta and care only about profits.
The memory foam in your mattress was more dense, less temperature sensitive, and cured before being put in the mattress, so there was no off gassing.
All of the name brands have been sold. Tempurpedic owns Sealy and S&F.
The good news is that what you want is available through Magniflex, an Italian company that has proven itself world wide and is now available in the USA. If you like memory foam, you'll LOVE Magniflex.
