Customer service has offered us 2 foam pieces which still don’t solve our problem.

Our rep has left so starting over with discussing our problem.

Problem: surface seems to be too soft for Scoliosis.

Husband weighs 100 lbs more than I.

He sleeps at zero gravity causing uneven surface for me.

Seems to be an issue that we didn’t buy our adjustable frame from Sleep Number originally. 

Think it was American Furniture but not sure.

I’m unable to sleep on the bed due to back aches from uneven/level surface.

Any help would be appreciated.

Hi Linda,

There are plenty of bad choices out there, but your choice is among the worst for someone with scoliosis. 

A bag of air…relying on displacement for support.

Memory Foam upholstery…the worst type of foam ever invented.

You can’t fix it.

Send it back for a refund.
