The only thing that remains the same, concerning Simmons Beautyrest mattresses, is the individually pocketed coils.
Today, there isn’t a Simmons Beautyrest mattress made, that will last for more than a few years.
Not just because they are one-sided, but due to the memory foam upholstery.
Memory foam is specially designed to cause a mattress to need frequent replacing.
But because the memory foam returns when you get out of bed, it is highly unlikely to prevail in a warranty claim. You simply must buy new.
Memory foam is the worst upholstery material ever invented.
It has created a boon for the industry and a nightmare for the consumer.
If you would like to buy a high quality, old fashion, two sided mattress that uses the individually pocketed coil system, and containing No Memory Foam, let me suggest:
