Best advice…the best prices on a new foundation are found at:
Costco, Sam’s Club and Big Lots.
The cost of shipping a fully made box spring is hundreds of dollars…not including the cost of the box spring, itself. Those three stores have full size box springs for about $100.
The only downside is that you have to go and pick it up. They don't deliver.
Another option is a bit dressier...an upholstered foundation, available in black, brown or gray.
