Wolf Adara Plush or Brolynn Two Sided Mattress.

I've read your site and wanted your input on the difference between the Wolf Adara Plush Tight Top Mattress...https://themattressexpert.com/our-brands/wolf-mattresses/wolf-hybrid-mattress/


and the Wolf Old Fashioned Two Sided Brolynn mattress. 

My husband and I are looking at the firm Brolynn mattress in queen size, NOT duo comfort. 
I noticed there are more coil springs on the Adara but wanted to know which one is better as far as durability and value.

My husband is on the heavier side (about 6ft tall and over 250 lbs) and we both miss sleeping on firm spring coil beds before memory foam came about. 
My husband is a stomach sleeper while I'm a back and side sleeper. 

We're also looking for pillows that are hypoallergenic and wanted to see what you think of these:
