But my husband is also interested in a two sided mattress for their durability.
We have a six year old Serta iSeries Vantage Plush King which served us well until it developed the dreaded hump in the middle and slightly sunken sides where we sleep.
We discussed your solutions (turning the bed a ¼ turn or flipping the existing mattress and buying the latex toppers you recommend) but decided to just go with a new mattress and platform frame.
My husband is 5’ 11’’/200 lbs and I am 5’ 1”/125 lbs. He’s a stomach/side sleeper, and I’m a side/back sleeper.
We also deal with back issues and joint pain.
He moves quite a bit during the night so a motion isolation feature would be nice.
Could you recommend beds that could work for us?

Hi Cathy,
Both mattresses use an individually pocketed coil system, which greatly reduces motion transfer, and the tossing and turning that produces the motion to begin with. You won't feel each other move in either one.
Both are durable and your husband isn't so heavy as to make much of a difference.
If you go with the Wolf Two Sided Plush Brolynn mattress, you are likely to need a latex topper to make it soft enough.
The Wolf Tulah Plush Eurotop is more comfortable to start, and may not need a latex topper for additional comfort.
