What mattress would you recommend for a 350 lb., 5’7” person?

Can you help please. 
What mattress would you recommend for a 350lb., 5’7” person? 
My mom has a bad back and is a side sleeper. 
She currently has a 5 year old plush Stearns and Foster mattress, but complains that it sinks in the middle.  
She also uses a 3” latex mattress topper.
We’d like to buy a new one for her birthday.
