Simmons Beautyrest or Stearns and Foster Mattress?

Hi Pete,
I've enjoyed reading your blog. It's very informative. Thank you.  
I've narrowed the choices down to the Simmons Beautyrest Black Desiree Luxury Firm or one of the Stearns and Foster mattresses. 
Would like to avoid sagging, indentions and motion transfer. 
I am 5'5" 125 lbs husband is 6'3" 200 lbs. We prefer firm support with some softness to conform to the body in a queen size.  
I may have found the Beautyrest with the same name. I will try to compare specs. 
I am tempted to just order from you online but would like to try it first. 
Which mattress would you recommend?

Hi Sharon,
Neither mattress, alone, will give you what you want.
Both are upholstered with memory foam, which promotes sagging. Neither mattress will avoid sagging.
There's more to it, than that, I'm afraid.
The reason why we still carry Simmons and are no longer a S&F retailer.
Simmons cures their memory foam before using it. 
This process keeps the Simmons mattresses from off gassing the toxic chemicals, from which memory foam is made.
While the memory foam in both mattresses does not wear well, the memory foam used by S&F presents a health hazard, while Simmons' does not.
