What Quality Mattress, if not Stearns and Foster?

I kinda figured something was wrong, that there has been a decline in S&F's quality. 
A shame, too. 
From the store I grew up buying from, Schiff furniture to Macy's, everyone had pride in that brand name 
So what do you recommend today, for me?

We are an online retailer...and have been so for the last 15 years...one of the first, I believe.
We had been a Sealy/S&F retailer, exclusively...and were happy with them.
Sealy bought S&F many years ago. Tempurpedic bought them, both, in the middle of 2013.

Originally from NJ, I now live in NC.
After Tempurpedic bought those lines, we had to go shopping for good quality alternatives.
The mattress we have at home, now, is the best quality mattress I've come across.
It's from the Natura of Canada Greenspring line of mattresses.
The support comes from a double tempered steel, pre-compressed, individually pocketed coil system...which contours to the shape of the body and maintains the natural alignment of the spine.
The comfort comes from Natural Talalay Latex....containing NO Memory Foam.
