The mattress at the Sheraton Hotel is a Simmons Beautyrest.
The individually pocketed coil system, contours to the shape of the body and maintains the natural alignment of the spine.
THIS is why you slept so well.
Unfortunately, due to the memory foam upholstery and the non-tempered steel coils, that mattress doesn't last very long.
When we recommend a Simmons Beautyrest mattress, we start with one of their firmer models, because the gauge of the wire used for the coils is heavier.
Then, we recommend an EverEden 2" Soft Latex topper to go on it.
The latex is extremely comfortable and far more resilient than the upholstery in the mattress.
The latex topper insulates you from the memory foam and causes the mattress to remain like new for many years.
