Sealy Reflexion Venice Beach Latex Ultra Plush Mattress Causing Back Pain.

We bought a Sealy Reflexion Venice Beach Latex Ultra Plush mattress in 2006, from you. 
Overall it has been excellent. Thank you for recommending it. 
For the first decade, or so, it was wonderful. 
But lately, the top has begun to sag, and we now have two body impressions where we sleep. 
These impressions are giving us back pain. We do not, normally, suffer with bad backs.

I'm glad to hear that you've enjoyed that mattress for so long.
I'm equally happy to inform you that you can continue to enjoy it for the foreseeable future.
Here's how:

Your mattress is made with a firm latex core and soft poly foam on top. It's the poly foam that has compressed.
The fix is easy and reasonably inexpensive...compared to buying a new mattress.
Flip the mattress over. The worn poly foam will be on the down side and the firm latex core will be on top.
Add to that, an EverEden Pure, All Natural 3" Soft Vytex Dunlop Latex Topper...for that surface comfort you've enjoyed for so long.
The latex topper will last far longer than the poly foam in the mattress.
There's no reason why you can't continue to enjoy that mattress...and, for the next couple of decades.
