Our Simmons Beautyrest Silver Series Mattress Leans Inward.

My wife and I have an issue with our Simmons Beautyrest Silver Series mattress. 
One side is fine, while the other leans inward from bottom to top (like this..../___|). 
We purchased it new, on a major discount, and it had been stored on its side for a couple months I guess. 
How can I get the mattress to go from this--> /___|..... to this--> |____|?

Hi Scott,
You're right about how that got that way. But, unfortunately, it can't be fixed.
What you should do, is register a complaint with your retailer and insist it be replace with one that is ordered from the factory...and not another from stock.
All of the mattresses, we sell, are freshly made to fill the order.
Subsequently, this never happens to our customers.
